Contests are open to all KFNN listeners 18 years of age or older except promotional partners and employees and immediate families of CRC Broadcasting, their successors, clients, agents, affiliates and subsidiaries.

The “Solar Powered Golf Cart” contest, which is sponsored by Harmon Solar and CRC Broadcasting (KFNN), includes a completely refurbished 2008 E-Z-GO TXT/PDS 36 Volt Electric Golf Cart with solar panels at a valued MSRP of $6,004.48.

The contest registration begins February 21, 2012 at 12:00 am Arizona Standard Time through April 16, 2012, 11:59 pm Arizona Standard Time. The winner of the prize will be selected and announced on air during the Business for Breakfast show on April 17, 2012, at around 7:20 am Arizona Standard Time. The prize recipient will be notified first by phone, by email, and then by US mail. KFNN is not responsible for misspelled or errors on the document submission.

The prize will be delivered to the winner of the contest by Harmon Solar at a mutually agreed location and time convenient to the winner. In the event the winner is outside of the Metro Phoenix area, winner will be responsible for pickup or delivery of prize.
Listeners are eligible to win prizes valued at $600 or more no more than once every eighteen (18) months.

There is a limit of one (1) registration per person per household per day over 18 years of age.

This or any prizes won on KFNN are not exchangeable or refundable. KFNN reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value should a prize or any portion thereof become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of KFNN.

Picture identification is required. A prize may be mailed upon the winner’s request. In the event a prize is mailed, it is with the express written consent of the winner and, therefore, at the winner’s risk. Any fees associated with shipping the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners forfeit prizes not claimed within 30 days of winning.

By participating in contests, winners and participants agree to have their name, voice and/or likeness used in any broadcasting or photographic material relating to contests and must sign a waiver stating so prior to receipt of the prize.

There is no purchase necessary to participate in KFNN contests.

Contests void where prohibited by law.

KFNN reserves the right to amend contest rules anytime. Any changes to rules are available in writing and effective upon announcement. The decision of KFNN management with regard to KFNN contests is final. By participating in contests, entrants, winners and guests agree to be bound by contest rules. Failure to comply with contest rules may result in disqualification.
