Steve Taplin

Steve Taplin, successful entrepreneur and founder of several companies, is a professional real estate investor specializing in the acquisition, redevelopment, management, and sales of investment real estate.  As a seasoned investor, he has hands-on experience in foreclosures, short sales, loan modifications, TICs, REITs, and new construction.  To date, Steve has been a principal in over 3,500 investment property transactions totaling over $200 million worth of real estate.Steve earned both a Degree in Business and a MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship. He started his successful career in sales, at IBM. When he left, he had grown to be one of the top sales people at IBM, selling over $80 million in services to Fortune 500 companies. Today, after establishing several successful real estate investment companies, Steve is now the cofounder of AZ Investment Property Experts.
