Jason Mitchell

Biography:

Jason Mitchell has been in the real estate and finance industry for 12 years.

After graduating from Central Michigan University with a BSBA majoring in Marketing and Finance he started his career with Pulte Homes. In 2003 2004 and 2005 Jason led the nation in sales units for the company. In 2006 Jason moved to Arizona with Pulte. At the end of 2006 Jason founded The Mitchell Group, where today they have achieved over $550,000,000 in sales.

Jason has owned several companies and employed hundreds over the years. Today he is the co-founder of Desert Bridge Capital a real estate investment firm. Specializing in residential flips, new construction and hard money loans. Since 2010 Desert Bridge Capital has successfully flipped over 120 properties with an average profit margin of 17%.

Jason has appeared on the cover of local and national magazines including, Top Agent Magizne, Airpark News, Homes and Lifestyle Media, SoScottsdale and Realtor Magazine.

In 2014 he was chosen by HGTV to appear on A sale of two cities and most recently was selected by GQ magazine as a Top 12 entrepreneur under 40 in the United States.

Jason and his team are on pace to hit 270 units and 110MM in closed revenue in real estate transactions in 2015. His team close more units and volume per agent than any team in Arizona and is the #1 producing team at Realty Executives PHX. Jason has received Realty Executives Double Diamond Award three consecutive years in a row and is ranked #28 in the World of 10,000 agents.
